lncHUB2 Workshop

lncHUB2 integrates multiple sources of lncRNA data to provide a rich and comprehensive resource for researchers. In our workshop, you’ll discover how to navigate this powerful tool and extract insights from your own lncRNA datasets.

The workshop is designed to provide overall information and demonstration on lncHUB2 for users at all levels of expertise. It will be led by Giacomo Marino who is a Bioinformatics Software Engineer at the Ma’ayan Laboratory and the lead developer of lncHUB2.
