Enrichr-KG
Enrichr KG (Knowledge Graph) is a cutting-edge extension of the Enrichr platform that allows for even deeper analysis of gene lists. In our workshop, you will learn how to use them to analyze and visualize your biological data.
The workshop is designed to provide overall information and demonstration on Enrichr and Enrichr-KG for users at all levels of expertise. It will be led by Sherry Xie and John Erol Evangelista who are Bioinformaticians at the Ma’ayan Laboratory.
